Setting up the class you wish to teach:

• Potential instructors who are guild members will find a Workshop/class proposal form in the guild and submit to the class/workshop coordinator.

• Potential instructors should be prepared to provide examples of their work or teaching resume.

• The class coordinator will help you facilitate the layout, timing, and fees for your proposed class.

• They will also assist you with completing the necessary paperwork in the studio.

• By signing the form below, you agree to provide the student with sufficient information to complete the project on their (the student's) own or to replicate the project with the information provided.
