Service Description

Students will hand paint a pre knitted sock blank that is 75% merino wool/25% nylon, 463 yards, using appropriate dyes furnished by the teacher. The next day they will warp rigid heddle looms with the yarn from the blank. The last day students will finish their project. Pictures are white undyed sock blank, next is hand dyed blank, next is sock yarn being warped on the rigid heddle loom, last is example of finished scarf. Sue Kawamoto is the instructor. Fee is $75 for 3 days, includes sock blanks and dyes. Non guild students will pay an additional $10, payable on the day of class. A minimum of 3 students and a maximum of 4 students are needed for this class.
